Why do people always say that someone that has a car like this or one that is loud is automatically a douche bag? I really don't understand that, because you don't know the driver of said car personally to call him/her that.

I'm not sure if this is serious? I certainly hope this is a joke, but just in case, I'll answer. The logic is simple, the person has no regard for other people while also doing something completely without purpose. Generally the only people who will be rude/disrespectful/annoying to other people for no reason are assholes/douche bags. Thus, the get tagged as such.
Since it's generally correct more than 90% of the time, it stands as an acceptable assumption.
